DONE-FOR-YOU GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT
I run your ads. You run your business.
I take over your Google Ads account end-to-end — build the campaigns, manage the budget, optimize every week, and report in plain English. You stay focused on operations and watch the right number climb: booked jobs. Fortune 500 paid-search experience, none of the agency overhead, and you work directly with me.

Who this is for
Service businesses where one good customer is worth the chase.
This works best for service businesses where a single new customer is worth roughly $300–$3,000+ in lifetime value — pest control, movers, chiropractors, and dozens of other categories. When one good lead pays for the next ten, the math on Google Ads works in your favor, and managing it well is what keeps it that way.
If you’ve been burned by a consultant before — vague reports, wasted spend, an account nobody touched — read The Problem. This page is the answer to it.
What you get
01
Full account setup or migration
I build your account clean from scratch, or carefully migrate an existing one — preserving conversion history and data so you don’t lose the learning you’ve already paid for.
02
The right mix of campaigns
Strategy across Search, Performance Max, Local Service Ads, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Display/Retargeting — the right combination for your business, not the same template every agency runs for every client.
03
Weekly optimization
Hands-on work every week: search-term review, negative keywords, bid and budget pacing, ad testing, and structural fixes. This is the part most “managed” accounts never actually get.
04
Monthly strategic review
A plain-English report built around the numbers that matter — leads and cost-per-lead — covering what changed, what it means, and what’s next. No wall of vanity metrics.
05
Conversion tracking & call recording
Proper tracking and call-recording setup so we measure booked jobs, not clicks. If we can’t see what’s working, we can’t double down on it.
06
Direct access to Joe
You work with me — the person actually running your account. No account managers, no junior handoffs, no layers between you and the work.
How it works
First, a call
We review your current setup or plans and decide, honestly,
whether this is a fit — even if the answer is no.
Week 1
I get into the account, audit what’s there, and set up proper
conversion tracking and call recording.
Week 1-2
Campaigns are built clean or migrated carefully, structured around the right mix of channels for your business.
Weeks 2–8
Live campaigns, optimized weekly. This is the window where most clients start seeing meaningful improvement.
Ongoing
Weekly hands-on optimization, plus a monthly strategic review in plain English.
The channels I run for you
Google Ads is really six platforms in a trench coat. Most agencies are good at one or two — I run all six and pick the right mix for you. Here’s the short version; the deep dive on each lives on its own page, and the full picture is on What I Run.
Search Ads
Catch buyers the moment they search.
Performance Max
Google’s AI working across every placement.
Local Service Ads
Pay only for valid leads, with the Google Verified badge.
YouTube Ads
Build recognition in your service area affordably.
Demand Gen
Reach buyers before they start searching.
Display & Retargeting
Stay top-of-mind until they’re ready to buy.
Why this beats a typical agency
FEE
The Typical Set-up – % of ad spend — grows as you spend more
Working with Joe – Flat from $1,500/mo — doesn’t grow with spend
CHANNELS
The Typical Set-up – One or two, on a template.
Working with Joe – All six, in the right mix for you.
SCOREBOARD
The Typical Set-up – Impressions & clicks.
Working with Joe – Leads & cost-per-lead.
Investment.
Done-for-you management
Starts at $1,500/month plus ad spend.
Your ad spend goes to Google, not to me — and my fee is flat, so it doesn’t balloon when you scale. The exact number depends on your channels and goals; we’ll put together a custom proposal on the strategy call. No contracts, no pressure.
Is this a fit?
✓ A good fit if…
- You’re a service business and one customer is worth real money.
- You want to hand it off and focus on operations.
- You’re ready to put ad spend behind the work.
- You’d rather work directly with one expert than an agency.
— Maybe not (yet) if…
- You want to run the ads yourself — then coaching is the better path.
- You’re shopping purely on lowest price.
- You’re not ready to invest any ad budget yet.
FAQ
Do I have to sign a contract?
No — it’s month-to-month. I’d rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract you regret.
What’s included in the fee, and what costs extra?
Everything in “What you get” is included in the flat management fee. Your ad spend is separate — it goes directly to Google, not to me — so my fee never rises just because your budget does.
Do you take over my existing account or start fresh?
Either. The first-week audit tells us whether it’s smarter to migrate what you have (keeping your conversion history) or build clean. I’ll recommend the honest answer, not the one that’s more work to bill for.
How fast will I see results?
Most accounts start showing meaningful movement within the first couple of months as optimization compounds. I’ll be straight with you on the call about what’s realistic for your market — I won’t promise overnight miracles.
Which channels will you run for me?
The right mix for your business, decided together on the call — not a template. See What I Run for how each channel fits.
What if I’d rather run the ads myself?
Then coaching is your path. I audit your account, answer the hard questions, and coach you through decisions — no takeover. $300/hr, or $1,000 for a 4-hour package.
Wherever you are with Google Ads, there’s a path here for you.
